The space

Perfect location 1/2 Block to sand! Beach goers will enjoy the sapphire beach access just a short 3 min walk away! Grab your towel and go!!! Lots of space for relaxing inside and out. With a 2 balconies, huge 2300 sq ft living area, and a patio complete with propane grill you've got it made in the shade! Kids games, books and PS4 makes it easy to entertain after a sun filled day at the beach. Wifi, linens, towels, bedding, gourmet kitchen boasting everything you need to make a delicious meal or BBQ! Plus, a extra large driveway allows for you to park your watercraft, trailer, boat or cars! Signed lease is required to rent this property and/or acceptance of platform reservation (please see the complete lease agreement under the House Rules Section). Please note that an 11 percent city/county/venue tax will be added to all bookings in addition to the 6 percent tax remitted by Airbnb. A valid license ID is required to be emailed to host once booked if booked outside of a booking platform.

Guest access

Complimentary access to wifi, beach towels, boogie boards, propane outdoor grill, all linens provided, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, 2 car garage, 4 car driveway, patio, balconies, PS4 game system. Access to the property will be granted upon the host receiving a signed lease agreement.

Other things to note

A signed lease agreement (auto agreement if booked on booking platform) and copy of 25 or older government issued ID is required to rent this property. A valid license ID is required to be emailed to host once booked.Pets will be considered and guest must review and sign a pet addendum. There may be an additional charge for pets. 11% hotel occupancy tax is required along with the 6% tax that is included on booking platform.

Strict Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation for 48 hours and as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email) After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee.

For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 60 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in.

If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.

The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable and is a fee not related to the host.

Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you're charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.

If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.

Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.

Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Airbnb for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.

Very comfortable. If you don't care to much about a pool this place is very spacious. I would probably recommend a hot tub to use late at night. otherwise, place was close to everything.

The only downside was how often the AC would shut off automatically even if all the doors were closed. It would get really hot and when I confirmed all doors were closed they were. So I wasn’t sure why it would shut off. Other than that it was great
